BLACKMAIL: NEED ACCESS TO MY CONTENT AND DATA

Hello. I need access to my content and data. My account is only canceled because there were multiple bugs such as users not able to view content, users being charged after they cancel, and in app purchases not working. I am not going to pay to access MY DATA and for you to continue to ask for money for me to pay during the time where adjustments are to be made is wild.

Please give me access to my data and quit keeping this away from me. You can check all previous tickets that things have been getting fixed for over 3 months now. This is not the way you are supposed to treat customers.

Hi, I don't think Muvi should do that. It is one of the most ethical companies in the world. I'll try to get this looked into. Maybe any past due before cancelling is pending?

Using fake accounts to respond to community posts as a moderator is very unethical actually. I have a paper trail for everything. Ethics are things handled in court, so if you aren’t a lawyer, maybe you should keep your responses to yourself.
