Banner Uploading Image

Hi,

I’ve been trying to upload an image for the banner, but I’m encountering some issues. When I drag and drop or select a file from my computer, the image doesn’t appear in the preview, and it doesn't show the next steps. It is stuck in the Upload banner dialogue box. I’ve tried using different formats like PNG and JPG, but nothing seems to work.

Could you please guide me on the correct process for uploading the image, or let me know if there are specific requirements such as maximum dimensions or file size limits?
