Billing - Sibscription Issue

Good morning, I am requesting you immediately downgrade my subscription to audio only plan. My users have not been able to access their accounts and are mad and have cancelled or requested refunds from me. I can not afford to pay video and audio. Please adjust my subscription amount today before the end of month because I can not afford the current plan.
