Bulk upload not showing up

I used the bulk upload FTP service and succesfully transfered a file. It is showing up, when I reconnect to the FTP server, so it is transfered. But it doesn’t show up in my content library.

I waited 24 hours and kept syncing the library to make sure it had time to discover the file, but it is still not showing up.
