Canceled recurring removes active plan
When customers use the cancel recurring button on their profile, this is expected to stop future payments on the account but allow access to the plaform for the duration already paid for. Hoever, it looks like the cancel key cancels current subscription plan even though the user has paid for it. Example with the user – djamneville@gmail.com who paid for the 1 month plan on the 17th of Dec but would like to cancel recurring (future payments) however, got current plan cancelled even though paid for. They should still be active till Jan 17th, 2024. This is same for all users who hit the cancel key from their profile. Kindly look into this feature. Payment is recurring until customer cancels and I believe that’s the essence of the cancel key seen on the profile section.Customer are allowed to cancel recurring anytime.
