Citrine Template - Video Player does not allow me to comment/review

We are currently using the Citrine Template for our website, because eventually in the near future we plan on purchasing the E-Learning module/subscription as much of our business will revolve around instructor training led courses. But in the same, we must have the ability for our members to leave comments on the videos and respond to other members comments, just like you do on a YouTube video, where a subscriber makes a Comment, then another subscriber comments on that subscribers comment, in addition, to give a reaction, like a heart, happy face, etc.
