Code Issues

Good morning, when users click on signup or most content buttons from my home page there appears to be an issue with the code I placed in the header. In the browser bar it will display an unknow address and then open. Some users have reported that it will not open the other page such as signup. I believe many new potential users are afraid I have malware and just click away. Can you help me determine which snippet code is causing this or how do I prevent this weird unknown address html from appearing in my users address bar and preventing opening?
