DRM not working
Hello Team,
Another issue we are having is the DRM has not been enabled on the content we have put up. We followed the self-help page and got everything right but viewers can still screenshot and screen record the videos. On the backend when we checked, the encoding profile always reverts to Muvi Default even though we have made our own DRM the default settings.
Kindly check the screenshot for where we end up.
We would ask that this be looked into immediately as this is the main reason we chose Muvi. If it cannot be rectified, we may have to leave the platform.
We do not mind you logging in and making it happen.
We have the same problem. After I paid some money they disabled the DRM option instead of making it stable a reliable. Looks like a steal :)
