Double Charge

I paid for a month’s subscription on March 11 that was meant to go until April 11. I canceled the subscription because I did not intend to continue after April 11, but my programming got cancelled abruptly (before April 11). I have had to resubscribe to reduce the impact but I have now been charged for a brand new subscription which I did not plan for. I’d like to request a refund for the new subscription.
