Employee Cannot Access: https://liveservercms.muvi.com/live/stream-list (Medellin, Columbia)

Good Day!

I have an employee/engineer who works out of Medellin, Columbia and when she tries to access https://liveservercms.muvi.com/live/stream-list, its stays stuck in a Loading status and never pulls up website. She needs access to start the Livestream VM. I am thinking maybe her IP address may be blocked. Can you fix her access please? She tried multiple browsers, cleared cookies, etc., and no luck. I can login and access the web page just fine.
