Errors with videos

Hello,
I am writing againg because some user are complaining because during a waching video appears a “X” and the vieo does not charge. Some times the vieo charge after some minutes or ereasing cookies. However we need to optimize that for avoid this complain. We tested it and we have same problem.
Please, try to optimize the system to charge videos quickly.
