Final attempt

This is just pretty upsetting, im not going to lie. As it's been a week now. We raised tickets almost a week ago requesting 3 things:

1. We need a 1 page checkout as shown in the pictures like http://www.movu.com.

2. Just like shown in the picture, we need the ability for them to choose from multiple processors such as stripe or PayPal.

3. You addressed our other ticket but you still are not acknowledging what it is that we are asking for–if they click ANYTHING we want them to have to pay. We dont want them to go into the layers. We dont want them to be able to create an account, then go look at the workouts < exercises. We need the layer higher than being just at the level of watching the video itself. The programming of our workouts are valuable so it's not to our advantage to show that for free. So we want the checkout/subscribe option to popup with any click of any folder.

We honestly asked for all of these things a week ago. I have been working on this for 12 hours a day. You literally responded yesterday saying the website works "perfectly"–no it does not? We cant change a single thing. We cant even change the background color, in which you have known for over a day and it's STILL not working?

I need a prompt response on all of these things. Otherwise I honestly need a refund and I'm reverting as I cant afford to do things this way waiting day by day for just a couple responses and no fixes to anything we are discussing. None of what we are asking for is complicated. Both uscreen and vimeo come equipped with all 3 of those things. I need to pick the software that will work best for my customers and thats what im trying to figure out. This has been a bad experience so far I'm not going to lie. Please assist asap.
