Forgot Password Error on SleepHub II Final custom app

I am testing these apps on Android and iOS today.

I tried the forgot password function. There should be an acknowledgement that the email has been sent. If you press the send button again (because you believe the email was not sent) it generates another email. In the Figma file that the app developers have, there is a screen that acknowledges the email and asks the user to check their email for the link.

I have taken two screenshots of the outcome of requesting a password reset. One is of the email received, and the other is the result of following the embedded link in the email.

I followed the links to activate the account but ran into a dead-end. I need to reset the email on the colin@aston-james.com account as well
