Header and Banner Not Responsive

Hello,

I’m currently editing the website and noticed that both the Header and the Banner are not responsive. Even though I’ve set them both to auto, the issue persists. Interestingly, when I log into my trial account, the Symphony template functions perfectly.

I’m struggling to find a solution and would greatly appreciate your immediate assistance with this. This situation is quite confusing.
