How to know when any user logged in and how long they browse the app/web app?

Dear support,

As the title states, we want to know when a specific user logged in and how long they browse the app/web app.
For example, I logged in the app today at 10:40am and used it for 30 minutes. How do I get this data with the user_uuid and email address?
