Importing Uers

Hello Team Muvi,

I have been trying to import users but whenever i click the import button, no action seems to be carried out. I used the information on the help page and seem to get everything right except the message that should pop up when I click import. I used the sample file to save my contacts in the format suggested.

Kindly assist as this is of utermost importance
