Hello, The account associated with tarahill999@gmail.com was listed on your server as Cancelled, but please see the attached screenshot which indicates that she is in good standing and was charged for the annual plan on May 15th. – I have given her free user access for now, but please correct it and set her account as “Annual Plan Subscriber”.
