Logo - the upload button is not available on my browser.

I am trying to customize the template website.
i want to change the Logo on the header.
i am following the steps from the Muvi Help page.

However, the upload button is not available on my browser. currently i am using Chrome.
I tried to used Edge, both are showing the same issue. the upload button not available.

i restarted my browser, still the same.
please refer to the screenshot below.
