Hello, The account associated with ericka.macdonald@gmail.com was listed as Free Registration but please see attached screenshot indicating that they are in good standing with their account. Please adjust accordingly.

This poor person could not access their account and ended up purchasing two subscriptions. We need to make this right ASAP.
