Menu displays dissappeared

Hi Please see attached images – the menu buttons on the Dambe Warriors app has dissappeared. No work has been done on the menu’s from our side and therefore not human error.
Please investigate and repair. Image one of the three shows current status, the second image was from earlier this week and the third image is of current app template settings.
