Mobile browser menu does not work

Hello, we are getting ready to take the site live and noticed that when in a mobile browser (phone size) the top navigation elements disappear and a menu button appears. That is good, but the menu does nothing when it is clicked. Please advise on how to fix or get rid of the mobile menu.
