More UI Issues

I am trying to edit the footer and the links are moving around and disappearing in the web editor. This is so painful.

We need the following links in the Footer: About Us, Help & Support, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions mapped to appropriate pages.

I have tried to edit them myself and once I publish the live the links move or disappear. Why id the editor so buggy to do anything?
