Multiple DNS A Records for same Domain?

Hello, I have added BOTH 13.248.239.197 and 76.223.109.78 as A records to our domain https://lightoflifefilms.tv.

Should I have only used One or the other of these IP addresses as an A record? COuld having both cause problems?
