Need to be able to add ratings for the same age

Rating systems vary by country and differ for Television and Film, many ratings might have similar names and ages based on where they were produced and the specific rating scale. Please change this to allow for that same age for different rating systems, also ratings like NR and G are suitable for all ages or don't have an age associated with the rating so it would be good for it to be an optional field.
