Newly published content doesn't automatically refresh within the app

A current limitation exists where newly published content doesn’t automatically refresh within the app. When we’re watching a content or scrolling inside the app while a new content is being published in the background, the newly added content doesn’t appear automatically in the top.  Users must manually refresh or restart the app to see the latest additions.
