No Embed Option

Hello, I was chatting with your customer support because on my version of Playout I do not have the option to ’embed’. I would like to test this embed option on my website so I would like to create that embed code or link. I am including a screen shot so you can see there is no option to create the embed code. Your online assistance told me to do the follow:

“I have checked and found that it is not showing Embed option for your content. Please add a support ticket from the URL: https://help.muvi.com/ticket/add/ with the screenshot. so that we can enable for your account.”
