On web portal, the video sometimes cannot be played for unknow reason

As the title stated, on web portal, the video sometimes cannot be played for unknow reason. It shows “Max allowed device exceeded. Please contact administrator”

Please check on access.starrrt.com and test. And help us to solve this problem ASAP.
