Ordering not working and free codes

Hi there,
 
I am doing the ordering of my content and after I hit SAVE and reload the page
it doesn’t work 🙁 , the videos mini posters on the front page stay in the same order.
2nd, is there a way to create a gift cupon and for “free access”?  for the talent in the videos for example
