Prescription Thumbnail not showing up

Dear support,

Currently our prescriptions only show thumbnail as first attached image (purple and blue blur image for all ios, android and web apps).

We want the thumbnail to be the first video thumbnail of each prescription.

Please do this to apps ASAP
