Hello, The user associated with the email CATHLINM@ICLOUD.COM created two monthly subscriptions. We canceled the extra subscription. However the muvi backend noted this user as “cancelled” – I’ve given them Free User access for now but please correct this and adjust their account to “subscriber”. I’m attaching the Stripe details so you can see they’re in good standing with one monthly subscription.
