Hello, The user associated with the email created both an annual and a monthly subscription. We send an email to the client asking them to decide which account to keep. We did not receive any decision from the customer, in the Muvi backend it appears as an annual subscription for which the monthly subscription was canceled. I’m attaching his Stripe details so you can see he’s in good standing with his annual subscription.
