Hello,
The user associated with the email kbohlig@msn.com created both an annual and a monthly subscription.
We canceled the monthly subscription and kept the annual. However the muvi backend noted this user as “cancelled” – I’ve given him Free User access for now but please correct this and adjust his account to “subscriber”.
I’m attaching his Stripe details so you can see he’s in good standing with his annual subscription.
