Hello, The user associated with the email mrp0120@yahoo.com created two yearly subscriptions. We canceled the extra subscription. However the muvi backend noted this user as "cancelled" – I've given them Free User access for now but please correct this and adjust their account to "yearly subscriber". I'm attaching the Stripe details so you can see they're in good standing with one yearly subscription.
Note: As reported in numerous tickets, we still have customers with dual subscriptions and Muvi technical support has not yet resolved this issue, this is causing us a lot of inconvenience so we urgently need answers to resolve this situation.
