Removing iOS IAP

We are increasingly seeing difficulties in payment timing and flow with iOS IAP, Is it possible to temp remove IAP for 1 mo, during that time prompting potential subs to the PayPal store on the web to complete their subscription, similar to what we do with Android and what other streaming services do?
