Reordering of Grouped Content

I am unable to reorder our grouped content in the correct order. We did a bulk upload so the default option of ordering based on Upload Date/Time is not viable. Ordering based on alphabetical order also does not work. We need to be able to manually change the order of grouped content. This is available for categorized content but not grouped content for some reason.
