1. You can export contacts via the “User Management” menu and import them into your Email provider.

Regarding the suggestion given to us by the team, we have tried to use this option and it doesn’t export the contacts. We get a Loading pop-up for a second and then it vanishes without any action being taken.

Kindly help assist us as we would like to download all 3753 contacts.
