Several questions to go live

Hi, we have a few questions about going live with Muvi Live:
1. How can we force the stream to be on 720p resolution or 1080p resolution for every viewer?
2. If we force 1080p resolution for everyone and we would have 100 people watching the stream for an hour, what would be the costs for that stream?
3. How can we customize and localize the stream live chat function? Can we do the interface in German for example? Can we change the font, for example to Helvetica?
