Size Box Template

Hello, I am using the ESMERALD template to customize my website. However, in the template the video box is smaller than the box in my template. How can I reduce the size of the box to make the image stand out more and not this unnecessary dark part?

And another question, what is the text inside this box? Because I already added the description of the video and it didn't start automatically. Where would it be?
