Stripe taking payment from cancelled subscribers
Hi, I just noticed that Stripe has continued taking payments from 4 cancelled subscribers. Can you please look into this with urgency as it will be a bad reflection on us to our customers.
The other issue, why I had to cancel the users in the first place, was that we had changed the subscription price but Stripe was still taking out the original price – so the updated pricing wasn’t being communicated to Stripe.
Your other users with Stripe may have the same issue, where they have unknowingly been overcharging their customers
