Two design changes

My Visual Editor isn’t working because of an SSL-certificate.

I need two urgent changes to the site, and hopefully you can make them for me.

The button highlighted in the first screenshot needs it’s text altered. It should say: “Subscribe” instead of “Meld dig ind”.

At the bottom of the page in the footer, I need the social links changed.
