Urgent: Investigation Needed - Subscription Activation Issue Reported by Users

Over the past 2 to 3 days, we’ve received reports from some of our users stating that their subscriptions did not occur automatically when they made payments via Stripe. Instead, they had to email us, and we manually activated their subscriptions. Could you please investigate and address this issue?
