Urgent: Investigation Needed - Video Leak and Forensic Watermarking Issue

Yesterday, we uploaded a new video on our website, and it has been leaked to more than four external websites. Despite using a third-party HLS streaming link and Muvi Non-DRM encoding profile, the leaked videos do not contain the forensic watermarks that are supposed to be present. Furthermore, the watermarks are neither present nor blurred in the leaked videos. We rely on Muvi’s dynamic watermarking and do not share our videos on any platform other than our website hosted on Muvi. Urgent investigation into this matter is required as it is causing financial damages to our company.
