Video Upload issue

I have been uploading videos today and have been running into several issues.

A handful of movies are receiving an error message: Encoding Error: Encoding Failed During Downloading Process.

Also, we have quite a few films that are greater than 10igigs that we need to use bulk/FTP for but I am unable to do this successfully. I. have tried 3 different FTP services and they all have an issue:
– FileZilla – Always Times Out
-Forklift is requiring a server password
– Cyberduck says the server needs to have encryption

I’m experiencing with FTP and the larger files? We have over 60 films that are more than 10gigs.
