Website Responsive on Console, But Not on Mobile Devices

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to inform you that while the website appears to be responsive on the console and when tested in the browser's responsive view, it does not function properly on actual mobile devices.
This inconsistency is affecting the user experience on phones, and I'd appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and help resolve it.
