Work flow on PPV
Could you please clarify the workflow for Pay-Per-View (PPV)? Specifically, regarding the 24-hour timeframe: does the countdown begin after activating PPV, or does it commence only upon clicking the play button for the PPV content?
Nevertheless, despite both actions mentioned, the expiry date is not visible. Certain customers have reported that their PPV content expired prematurely, although they haven’t provided concrete proof of this issue. Once the previous query is addressed, we can better respond to these customers with accurate data.
