Change de orientation and size of tille

Hello,
I would like to have my videos on the web site in a landscape position (and not in vertical position) with 4 videos (images) in one line. I would like to be able to take a screen shot of my video (2880 × 1800) and use it (or a ratio) for the presentation of my vido (by adding it in the content of the video). You will find a image of what i would like to have.
How can i do that ?
