cms not working

I have designed this page a couple of times. All times the page got reset and nothing gets saved at all. Including the background image I wanted to set. I have set it as the template had before and then to my surpise it deleted everything. I am working on Chrome in incognito mode and closed it and then reopened it to hoping to fix the issue but it didn't at all. Now the image container is stuck to the rightside of the view.
