I just tried using the contact us form on my site (saxtynetwork.com) and while I got a notification, there was no way for me to reply to the email. Just been in discussion with livechat about this.
Firstly, is there a way to get rid of the contact us form altogether and replace it with a company email? I looked on the backend and couldn’t see how to do this.
Secondly, if I have to keep the form, how am I able to retrieve the email sent via the contact form and reply because I cannot see how to do this at the backend?
My only “reply” option when I receive an email notifying me someone tried contacting is to email support@muvi. Thanks.
