Delay on live stream when logging in

Hi,
When we click on watch now and access a live stream, the video starts about 5 mins behind real time.  refreshing doesnt bring it into near live.
When you first enter the match it shos the current time on the clock, but then when it starts playing it has skipped back 5 minutes.
