Dynamic Scaling for Web, Mobile and TV

The Website is not dynamically scaling currently and when the banner is adjusted for mobile view is skewed in the web view. It needs to be independent of either platform.

This causes various issues for us because we can’t resize the top banner every single time.

There is no option to upload Top Banners on platform Basis either.
